One of our regular customers who is on a business trip in the Far East had a sudden major issue with his Microsoft Outlook data files and was missing critical business information.

He contacted us by email while in Sri Lanka and we remoted onto his laptop using our Remote Support Service

Within 15 minutes we had located the incorrectly named Outlook .pst file which had become hidden as a duplicate. We renamed the file, imported it into Outlook and back came over 25 business critical email folders. Needless to say he was extremely pleased.

This is a great example and proof that as long as there is a workable broadband connection c.2 MB+ we can support our customers remotely wherever they are.
